"If it ain't steel...then it's unreal!"

This site chronicles the custom build of a Factory Five Racing, 1933 Fiberglass, Hot Rod Kit.  The kit was purchased in January of 2017 & was built from ground up as the first vehicle ever built by this owner/builder. Doing the unthinkable, he shook up the Hot Rod Nation by putting a "Ford in a Ford!" The car touts a Ford 302 Small Block V8 with a Holley Sniper EFI & a Ford Automatic Overdrive Transmission. From there it calms down a bit with a 4-Link rear suspension, Dual-Action Koni Coilovers, Stainless Steel Split Rear Exhaust, Uni-Steer Electric Power Steering, Moser 8.8" - 3.55 Rear End, Wilwood Oversized Front & Rear Disc Brakes & then iced with a staggered set of 18" x 8" Front, & 20" x 10" Rear, Cragar SS Wheels wrapped by Michelin rubber. Opting for shaved door handles on this "glass" body provided the perfect canvas for 121 Rod & Restoration to lay down the Switchblade Silver, Indigo Pearl & a tinge of Galaxy White. Bike Fenders in the front and Bobs in the back help protect the custom paint from the sassy Texas roads. The car is equipped with a removable Hardtop & partnered with the Innovative Rodding AC system, tempers the Texas heat quite well. The car is finished out with an immaculate interior that came at the hands of Leo's Upholstery in McKinney. This is absolutely one sweet ride that assembles ALL of the modern amenities into an old classic package...oh & by the way the owner's a bit of a Cowboys fan too!
